Achievement: Designed and developed CRM software, loyalty programs and retention strategies, raising return rate from 10% → 50%

Achievement: Developed an e-learning system with assignment submission, auto-grading, content sharing and real-time tracking
Achievement: Built core school software for parent grade monitoring and government-compliant reports

Achievement: Researched and delivered in-depth live reports for national TV
Achievement: Worked with producers, editors and camera crews to meet tight broadcast deadlines
Achievement: Wrote software to automate conversion to MCOT format and add screenshot functionality

RedRanks Co., Ltd. (Thailand)

Achievement: Created software that automated submission of websites to multiple SEO services
Achievement: Produced Google AdWords reports and added autosuggestions via Bing and Google APIs
Achievement: Improved site PageRank from 1 → 4 in two months through SEO optimisation
